Terms of Use

Using the PITV4K website or subscribing to the service means you accept the terms below. Please read them before you buy — they describe what we owe you and what we expect in return.

01 Who may subscribe

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By subscribing you confirm that you are, that the details you gave us are accurate, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

02 What the service is

PITV4K provides access to an IPTV stream carrying live channels, films, series and sport, delivered over your own internet connection. It runs on Smart TVs, Android and Apple devices, Amazon Fire Stick, Chromecast and MAG boxes through an STB emulator. We supply access only — we do not produce, own or control the programmes carried on third-party channels.

03 Your account

• Keep your login credentials private; they are personal to you.
• Give us accurate contact details and keep them current, or activation emails may not reach you.
• Anything done through your account is treated as done by you.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has your credentials.

04 Plans and payment

• Subscriptions are sold in fixed terms of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, each carrying the same content.
• Payment is taken up front through our provider. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and the major credit and debit cards.
• Nothing renews automatically. When a term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another.
• Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred or resold.
• Prices may change, but never for a term you have already paid for.

05 Fair use

You agree not to:

• Share your credentials, or run more simultaneous streams than your plan allows — one device at a time per subscription.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or rebroadcast any part of the service.
• Record, rip, copy or publish the content delivered through it.
• Interfere with, probe or attempt to bypass the security of our systems.
• Use scripts or automated tools to scrape the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

06 Intellectual property

The PITV4K name, site design, text and graphics belong to us. Programmes and channels carried through the service belong to their respective rights holders. Your subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view — it grants no ownership and no right to copy or redistribute anything.

07 Availability

We target 99% uptime and monitor our servers continuously, but we cannot promise an unbroken stream. Maintenance windows, upstream outages, changes made by content providers, and problems with your own connection or hardware are all outside our control, and we are not liable for interruptions caused by them.

08 Ending a subscription

You may stop at any time by simply not renewing; see the refund policy for money-back rules. We may suspend or close an account immediately where these terms are broken — credential sharing and resale in particular. Accounts closed for a breach are not refunded.

09 Limits on liability

The service is supplied as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it, and any liability we do have is capped at the amount you paid for the current subscription term. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms; the date at the top of the page shows when we last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revised version.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at our place of business. We would rather resolve any dispute by talking to you first, so please contact us before taking any other step.
